Our Process
From start to finish we are in constant contact with our customers. We schedule time with you to pick out wood slabs, epoxy resin colors, and layout/design of custom furniture.
Once we have made all the crucial decisions about the layout and design we begin the process. The first day your custom piece is layed out in a mold to begin the epoxy pour. Once poured we let the epoxy harden for around 7 days. After the 7th day we will remove your custom piece from the mold and we will flatten the top and bottom of the table. Once it is flattened we will cut the piece to its final dimensions and prepare for sanding. Sanding takes several full days depending on the size of the custom piece. After sanding we will add the finish of your choice to the piece. We offer a matte finish or a satin finish in hard wax oil products.
